اخى الكريم ربما فى مشكلة بحسابك مثلا فا ممكن تسئل اى ادمن او مشرف
لكن من الاسباب الشائعه ان الرد بيكون قصير اقل من سطرين فا البونص مش بيتحسب جرب تعمل رد كبير شوية اكتر من 200 حرف او سطرين وهتلاقية بيتحسب واذا متحسبش كلم اى مشرف يساعدك وباذن الله تكون مشكلة بسيطة بالتوفيق ليك

اخي الكريم البونص يضاف لحسابك في شركه انستا فوركس كل يوم ١٠ في الشهر وتأكد ان الحساب اللي مرتبط بالمنتدي هو اللي بتفتحه ومتابع عليه باستمرار حتي تتأكد من عدم وجود أخطاء
أو ممكن ردودك ليس تستاهل البونص من وجهه نظر الادمن او محظور فعليك ان تكون ردودك اكبر من سطرين حتي يحتسب البونص .
واذا كنت موافق كل حاجه عليك التوجه للادمن وشرح المشكله وهما هيحلوها في اسرع وقت ممكن .

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته.. كان عندي نفس المشكله اخي وعندما تحدثت مع الدعم قال لي البونص يكوم في زياده فعلا ولكن يتم وضع هذه الزياده دفعه واحده ف اول ١٠ ايام من كل شهر لان هذا النظام الجديد الذي يسير عليه المنتدي بدلا من القديم ف لا تقلق تخي ما دمت تعمل سوف تجد اموالك في اول الشهر بإذن الله بحسابك ب انستا فوركس
