اخي يجب ان تقسم وقتك جيدا خلال اليوم بين الفوركس وبين باقي اهتماماتك يمكنك ان تجلس امام الشارت وتحلل صفقتك وتضبطها جيدا ثم تتركها وتتابعها كل فتره علي حسب وقتك فالجلوس طوال الوقت امام شاشه الكمبيوتر يرهق الاعصاب ويجهد العقل لابد من فترات من الراحه حتي يستعيد المتداول صفاء ذهنه

افتكر زمان اول مادخلت المجال دة كنت بقعد فى المنتدى وقدام الشارت مش اقل من12ساعه حتى لو نمت وسايبة صفقه كنت اظبط موبيلى يرن كل ساعه اصحى اتابع مكنش فى راحة لاكن اكتشفت ان الفوركس زى اى مهنة وفى حجات تانية مهمه فى حياتنا واسرتنا ونوم طبيعى وبقيت بالفعل اخصص عدد ساعات يومى للمنتدى والتداوال ميزدش عن من ساعتين الى 4 بالكتير باقى اليوم انا حرة

اعتقد انه في البداية ايوه بيعزل المتداول عمن حوله ولكن مع الوقت والخبره يستطيع المتداول ان يبدا صفقته وهو واضع لها امر جني وامر وقف خساره وعليه فقط المتابعه فهذا سوف يقلل في نظري من الابتعاد
