السبب راجع ان اغلب الدول العربية تربط عملاتها بالدولار ماعدا الكويت اظن وبالتالي هي تتاثر سلبا عند تراجعه وحتى البترول معلق بالدولار اظن احسن حل هو سلة العملات لتجنب المخاطر
