البونص هو المكافآة السنوية .. فيه بعض الشركات علشان تحفز موظفينها تعطيهم مكافآت مالية اخر السنة.. بعضهم محددينه براتب وواحد وبعض الشركات يعطون على حسب الأرباح راتب راتبين ثلاثة ممكن توصل اربعة .. وبعض الشركات لا ..تعطي مبلغ مالي موحد لكل الموظفين مو على حسب رواتبهم ..كل شركة لها انظمة خاصة فيها وكل شركة لها طريقة حسبة معينة للبونص ..ان شاء الله وصلت المعلومة .. على حسب معرفتي بكذا شركة.. يتراوح بونص الشركات مابين 9 الاف الى 50 الف للموظفين اللي خبراتهم مابين سنة الى خمس سنين

البونص هو عبارة عن مبلغ تحفيزي من طرف المنتدى علشان تتاجر به على المنصة
ولكن لا يصلح ان يتم سحبه بس تسحب فقط الارباح الزائدة عنه و بس و هو في حدود مئتين و خمسين دولار كحد اقصى في الشهر

السلام عليكم البونص اخي الكريم هو يتحول بشكل تلقائي في بداية كل شهر جديد وطبعا بعد ما يتاكد المشرفين على المنتدى من عدم وجود مخالفات بردودك وطبعا المتاجرة بالحساب هي تكون عادية مثل لو كنت انت عامل ايداع حقيقي وبعد التاكد من انك تم ربط حسابك فى المنتدى
