والله انا محتار كل ما اقرأ فتوى لشيوخ الاقى كلمه يد بيد لحديث الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم فى عمليه البيع والشراء
ولكنى لا اعلم ما الحال فى الصفقات التى تعلق لايام
ولكنى ابتعدت عنها ولكن اللى متأكد منه ان الفوايد اللى بتيجى على الصفقه دا مش صح لان انستا عامله حساب اسلامى يعنى فى فرق فى الحسابات والا ما كانت عملت حساب اسلامى وغيره
ولكن جميع الشيوخ اجازو التعامل بالفوركس اللى هو البورصه فى حاله فتحت صفقات بيع وشراء واغلقتها فى نفس اليوم دا اللى اسمه تعامل يدا بيد
ولكن تعليقها لايام دا بقى اللى فيه شكوك

كثيرا ماتضاؤرب الفتوى بين الحلال والحرام واشياء كثيرة تظل موضع شك خصوصا ان التعاملات فى البورصة او الفوركس ماينفعش اى شيخ يفتى بها لازم لجنة على دراية كبيرة بالتعاملات وكيف تتم من علماء دين وعلماء اقتصاد حتى يكون الوضع واضح للجميع وتكون الفتوى لها اساس صحيح فكل مانتمناها ان يكون طعامنا وشرابنا من حلال واتمنى من الله ان يغنينا بحلاله عن حرامه
