Gents,
please be informed that InstaForex company has cancelled all my Profits obtained from legal transactions with Bitcoin as shown in the attached pdf file.
this make a big question mark on this company and i will ask for an investigation through an international litigation and arbitration if not getting a suitable compensation for that aggressive reduction ( from $ 21,719,151 to be just $ 672.24 ).

أخي الكريم ده كان رد الشركة On #BITCOIN instrument spike has been detected (18.02.2014) and all error orders was canceled.

بالرغم من ان الموضوع باللغة الانكليزية وهو امر مخالف لكن فهمنا انه حدثت بعض الاخطاء في حسابك و قد تكون حذف ارباح او حذف قسم من الرصيد وهذا التمر من الافضل مراجعة الشركة فيه لتتأكد ما السبب في ذلك وان لم تستجب لك الشركة وقتها اكتب موضوعك هنا في المنتدى لنعرف وان ارسلت لك الشركة الرد ايضا نرجو ان تضع الرد لنعرف راي الشركة في الموضوع وايضا حتى يطمئن قلبنا

للاسف الصوره غير واضحه وصغيره ولكن ما فهمته من المكتوب انه تم الغاء الارباح التى تكونت ولم اعرف السبب

للاسف الموضوع مخالف لان هذا المنتدى باللغه العربيه واعتقد ان الصور غير واضحه ولا نعرف ان كانت الارباح

هو كده كده الموضوع مكتوب بالانجليزش بشكل كامل وحتي لو كانت ده مشكله مع المنتدي او الشركه فالموضوع يعتبر مخالف لانك بتكتب بلغه غير اللغه العربيه
ممكن تترجم الموضوع ده باستخدام اي منصه ترجمه وتعدل المووضوع علشان تلاقي مساعده من باقي الاعضاء
