فى سياق الفتوى المفتى قال ان حسابات المارجن حرام
و عند العودة الى رقم الفتوى الخاصة بالمارجن نجد ان السبب الحقيقى للتحريم كما ذكر كالاتى
أن يتم البيع والشراء عن طريق التسهيلات المسماة (margin) وهي في حقيقتها قرض يأخذه العميل من المصرف.
وهذه العملية تتخذ أشكالاً وصوراً يختلف الحكم باختلافها:
أ- فإن كان المصرف يأخذ فائدة مقابل القرض، فلا شك في التحريم لكونه رباً صريحاً.
ونحن نعرف ان هناك حسابات اسلامية لا يتم تلقى فوئد فيها و الله اعلم انا لا احل الفوركس
و لكن اوضح هذة الجزئية فقط
