أخي لكريم البطاقة تصل مجانا لحد البيت و16 دولار رسوم إصدار البطاقة تخصم عند أول شحن للبطاقة أما بخصوص إستعمالها فيمكنك السحب عليها من شركة إنستا لاكن الشركات الأخرى حسب الشركة فإذا كانت تقبل السحب على بطاقة ماستركارد مسبوقة الدفع ممكن تسحب
