السلام عليكم
لدي مشكل هو ان حسابي قد اغلق
لا أعرف السبب و لكنني ملم بجميع القوانين ي شركة انستا و لم أخالف اي قانون
لدي 500$ قد ربحتها في مسابقة و بدأت المتاجرة و حققت أرباح كبيرة و سحبتها
الا ان ما رابني ان هذا الصباح دخلت للمنصة و كتبلي compte bloqué رغم انني كنت عامل صفقة دامت أكثر من يوم و عند فتح السوق البارحة قفلت الصفقة لانني واضع تايك بروفيت و حققت 100$ ارباح فطلبت السحب و لكن في هذا الصباح قفل الحساب ، راسلتهم و لكن لم يجيبوني ، ما الحل ؟؟

نأسف جميعا لما حدث لك ... ولكن لن تجد لدى اى منا اى تفسير لما حدث ..فكلنا لا نعرف شيئا عن حسابك و كيفية عملك
لذلك تواصل مع الدعم الفنى حتى يرد عليك و افهم مشكلتك ايه لأن اكيد الشركة عندها اسباب و انت لازم تفهمها ..و ان شاء الله ربنا يعوض عليك يا اخى

اخى الفاضل انت بتقول انك حققت ارباح كثيرة من الحساب وقمت بالتحويل فالشركة لو عنده نية اغلاق الحساب اكيد مكنتش هاتقدر تسحب ولكن اعتقد ان هناك مشكلة فنية فعليك بمراسلة الدعم الفنى وان شاء الله تحل المشكلة
