    فيمبلكوم الروسية تحل نزاع في الجزائر ب 2.6 مليار دولار

    قالت شركة الاتصالات الروسية فيمبلكوم إنها باعت 51 بالمئة من وحدتها في الجزائر لحكومة البلاد لتحل بذلك نزاعا على الملكية في صفقة تسمح لها بالاحتفاظ بإدارة الشركة وسعت الجزائر لتأميم أوراسكوم تليكوم الجزائر التي واجهت مطالبات بضرائب متأخرة وقيودا على تحويل الأموال والاستيراد.
    وذكرت فيمبلكوم يوم الجمعة أن الصندوق الوطني للاستثمار اشترى 51 بالمئة من الشركة التي تعرف باسم جازي مقابل 2.6 مليار دولار من جلوبال تليكوم القابضة التي تملك فيها الشركة الروسية حصة نسبتها 51.9 بالمئة.
    وقالت فيمبلكوم إن جلوبال تليكوم القابضة ستحتفظ بحق إدارة عمليات جازي.
    واستحوذت فيمبلكوم على جازي في إطار صفقة بقيمة ستة مليارات دولار اشترت بموجبها في عام 2010 أصولا من رجل الأعمال المصري نجيب ساويرس لمساعدة فيمبلكوم على تنويع أنشطتها خارج روسيا.
    وسوف تستخدم فيمبلكوم عائدات الصفقة لسداد جزء من الديون التي تراكمت عليها عند شراء جلوبال تليكوم القابضة التي كانت تعرف سابقا باسم أوراسكوم تليكوم القابضة من ساويرس. ويتوقع استكمال الصفقة بحلول نهاية عام 2014.

    تحول مزيج برنت والخام الأمريكي للانخفاض يوم الثلاثاء مع تراجع اليورو أمام الدولار بفعل مشاكل الديون الأسبانية.
    وانخفض برنت في العقود الآجلة تسليم يوليو تموز 87 سنتا إلى 106.24 دولار للبرميل بحلول الساعة 1549 بتوقيت جرينتش بعد تداولات بين 106.06 و107.95 دولار للبرميل.
    وهبط الخام الأمريكي الخفيف في عقود يوليو 27 سنتا إلى 90.59 دولار بعد تداولات بين 90.37 و92.21 دولار للبرميل
