    مساعدات أمريكية لكييف بقيمة 58 مليون دولار فقط

    أعلن البيت الأبيض في بيان له اليوم الثلاثاء 22 أبريل/نيسان عن تقديم مساعدة مالية لأوكرانيا بقيمة 50 مليون دولار، كدعم لإجراء إصلاحات سياسية واقتصادية بهدف تعزيز الشراكة بينها وبين الولايات المتحدة. صدر بيان البيت الأبيض هذا في الوقت الذي يقوم به نائب الرئيس الأمريكي جوزيف بايدن بزيارة إلى أوكرانيا يعقد فيها محادثات مع ممثلي القيادة الأوكرانية الجديدة. وقال البيان إنه سيتم تخصيص 11.4 مليون دولار من هذه المساعدات لدعم الانتخابات الرئاسية الأوكرانية، المقرر إجراؤها في 25 مايو/أيار المقبل. وأضاف البيان أن مجموعة خبراء من عدة وكالات حكومية أمريكية سيصلون إلى أوكرانيا في الأسابيع المقبلة للمساعدة في إيجاد حل عاجل للتحديات طويلة الأجل التي تواجهها البلاد في مجال الطاقة، بالإضافة إلى تقديم المساعدة لكييف في وضع تدابير لمكافحة الفساد. كما أعلنت الولايات المتحدة عن مساعدات إضافية لكييف بقيمة 8 ملايين دولار تخصص للقوات المسلحة وقوات حرس الحدود، لشراء أنظمة اتصالات ومعدات ومركبات، بالإضافة إلى الزي العسكري للجنود. هذا وكانت الولايات المتحدة قد منحت أوكرانيا في وقت سابق ضمانات قروض بقيمة مليار دولار.

    قد تتساءل عن السبب لعدم اشتھار المتاجرة بالعملات إذا ما قورنت بالمتاجرة بالأسھم والسلع التي بدأت بشكلھا الحالي تقریباً منذ
    أكثر من قرن .
