قادت بورصة دبى المكاسب فى منطقة الخليج اليوم الأحد، مع بدء المستثمرين موجة شراء جديدة وصعود سهم إعمار العقارية إلى أعلى مستوياته فى ست سنوات.
وزاد سهم إعمار 6.3 % ليصل إلى 10.45 درهم وهو أعلى مستوياته منذ مايو 2008 ، مدعوما بزيادة أحجام التداول وساهم فى ارتفاع مؤشر سوق دبى 3.3 % مسجلا أعلى مستوى له أيضا منذ عام 2008.
وأطلقت إعمار أكبر شركة مدرجة فى دبى اليوم الأحد، مشروع برج سكنى يتألف من 66 طابقا فى منطقة وسط الإمارة اليوم الأحد.
