الاسم في الاوراق هو :-ahmed mohamed ahmed ali
الرساله من الشركه تقول ان الاسم في الملفات المرسله غير اسمي الموجود في الحساب
ممكن توضحولي علشان انا بجد مخنوق جدا

يعني يا استاذي الفاضل
بعد كل المجهود اللي عملته وكل المشاركات ده وكل البونص ده استنه كمان شهرين
عامه اشكر كل اللي شارك في الموضوع
انا بتابعه معاهم الان والمفروض اني ارسلت للدعم الفني وهو معايا خطوة بخطوة واتمنى ان الحساب يتفعل

الشركه بعتتلي ايميل ان مينفعش يعملو اكسبت للحساب علشان الاسم مع اني بعتلهم كل حاجه
يعني بعد ما اعمل اعاده تسجيل
بالنسبه للبونص اللي انا عمله هنا هحطه ازاي على الحساب

نفس المشكلة حدثت مع اخى الاكبر حيث انة استهتر بالموضوع فى بداية الامر و لم يركز فى تسجيل البيانات وحدث انة تم مشاكل كثيرة فلى تفعيل الحساب وخاصة المستوى الثانى الا انة بعد الكثير من المحادثات مع الدعم تم الوصول الى حل
