ارجو المساعدة من المختصين مشكلة في تسجيل الدخول الى منصة التداول
لدي حساب في شركة انستا فوركس وانا من سوريا استطيع التداول عن طرق الويب وقد قمت بتحميل منصة التداول الخاصة في الموقع اسم المنصة ( انستا تيرد )
وعندما اقوم با ادخال بيانات المستخدم لا يحدث شيى وتظهر علامت غير متصل
هل من الممكن ان تكون المنصة محجوبة عن سوريا

السلام عليكم ... اخى الفاضل لا استطيع الا ان اقول لحضرتك كما قال الزميل فى السابق ان تختار سيرفر صحيح جرب التعامل مع سيرفر usa لو لم تتذكر السيرفر الذى اخترته عند
تسجيل حسابك فى انستا و اضافة صغيرة ممكن تكون هيا السبب
تاكد ان اليوزر نيم و الباسوورد للحساب الحقيقى و ليس التجريبى لان دائما ما يحدث خلط بين الباوورد و اليوزر نيم إما للحساب التجريبى او لصفحتك الشخصية بانستا او الحساب الحقيقى

دائما ما بتكون المشكله فى السيرفر عليك
