اعتقد افضل حل هو تحديد هدف يومي و هدف عام بمعنى لهدف اليومي عدد من النقاط متوسط و الهدف العام مثلا انا عايز في اخر السنه اكون جمعت ثمن عربيه متوسطه و هكذا عدم تحديد هدف بيؤدي للطمع و الغرور عند الربح و يؤدي للغباء و المعانده عند الخساره اتمنى تكون فهمت ما اقصده
