اردت في الفترة الاخيرة سحب مبلغ من instaforex لحسابي neteller الا ان لم يتم ذلك رغم اني قمت عدة مرات بالسحب منه و حاولت تحويل المبلغ بحساب صديقي الا ان تم الرفض ايضا
هل من حل لهذا المشكل

أنت لم تشرح مالذي حدث بالضبط حتى نستطيع فهم سبب المشكلة
ربما تأخر السحب فقط و هو في طريقه إلى التنفيذ
و إذا تم إرجاع المال لحسابك في انستا ربما السبب يرجع إلى أنك فتحت صفقات وقت تنفيذ السحب

أخي لايجوز سحب أموالك إلي أي حساب آخر غير حسابك ، وثانيا لا تفتح اي صفقات لأنك لو فتحت اي صفقة اثناء عملية السحب سيتم الغاء عملية السحب

السلام عليكم ... اخى العزيز شكرا طبعا للزملاء فى السابق لحل المشكلة و لقد وردت الفكرة فعلا بالى و كان البديل فى حالة عدم وجود صفقة مفتوحة هو ان تتحدث مع الدعم الفنى لانستا لاستبيان السبب لان بجد و الحمد لله وسيلة السحب من نيتللر فعلا ممتازة
و على العموم فى حالة وجود حالات مشابهة لمشكلة فى السحب نرجو عرضها لمعرفة الحالات المختلفة للمشاكل الناتجة عن ظروف استثنائية و ايجاد حلها

هناك عدة اسباب لهذه المشكله
اولا من الممكن ان هناك صفقات مفتوحه وهذا يمنع السحب
ثانيا من الممكن انك تحاول سحب مبلغ يتضمن بونص ممنوح من الشركه وهذا لا يجوز
