اخي الفاضل هذا المشكلة يكون السبب فيها انك سجلت في النصف الثاني من الشهر الذي جمعت فيه البونص وبالتالي
لا يحق لك الحصول علي بونص عن هذا الشهر
او انك ربطت الحساب بالعضوية في نهاية الشهر
وفي كلا الحالتين لا تستلم البونص عن هذا الشهر وهذا الامر حدث مع الكثير من الاعضاء من قبل ولا تقلق
علي العموم ان شاء الله سوف تستلم بونص عن شهر يناير في حالة ربط الحساب في شهر ديسمبر

البونص بيتم تجميعه وارساله اول 10 ايام في الشهر الجديد..
اذا كان اشتراكك وبداية العمل من منتصف الشهر اعتقد لو لم يتم اضافة البونص في الموعد سيتم ترحيله للشهر التالي..بالتوفيق للجميع
