المتداول الناجح لا يمكن ان يكون مدربا ناجحا الا ان يمتلك القدرة على الالقاء و ايصال المعلومة بالطريقة الصحيحة و واضحة فهي اذن ليست معادلة تكافؤية
اما المتداول الفاشل فلا اعتقد انه اساسا يتجرأ على محاولة تدريب غيره لأنه حينها لا يملك ثقة في نفسه فهو يرى انه فاشل فكيف للناس ان يروه ناجحا و يستفيدوا من خبرته و
