شوف بقى خد بالك من كذا نقطه..
- اما انك بتدخل كلمة سر المستثمر بدلا من التاجر "المفروض العكس"
- اما انك بتدخل من غير ما تختار السيرفر او سيرفر غلط "المفروض السيرفر اللى انت سجلت به الحساب بتاعك"
- اما ان النت عندك ضعيف ومش قادر يحمل السيرفر
- اما ان كل اللى فات ده تمام وانت عارفه .. وانت بتفتح يوم الجمعه بعد الساعه11م - او يوم السبت - او يوم الحد قبل الساعه 11م "توقيت جمهورية مصرالعربيه"

تأكد من السيرفر عندما تدخل رقم حسابك و كلمة المرور
لأنه يجب إدخال السيرفر الذي اخترته لما قمت بالتسجيل في المرة الأولى

في حسابك و أنما ممكن تكون مخطئ في كلمة المرور أو السيرفر

و ان لم تتعرف عليه فجرب جميع السرفورات و ان شاء الله سينفتح لك الحساب بتوفيق
