ارجو المساعدة من المختصين مشكلة في تسجيل الدخول الى منصة التداول الخاصة بشركة انستا
لقد قمت بتنصيب منصة انستا تيريد على جهاز الحاسوب وعندما اقوم بادخال بيانات المستخدم لا يحدث شيىء ويكتب الحساب غير صالح
مع العلم اني اقوم بدخوا والتداول في الموقع الويب بدون اي مشاكل وان الحساب فعال ويعمل
فما المشكلة في هذه المنصة هل من المعقول ان تكون المنصة محجوبة عن سوريا !!!!!!

اعتقد اخي الفاضل ان المشكلة ممكن تكون في السيرفر بمعنى انك مش بتدخل السيرفر بشكل صحيح

السبب على الأغلب انه هناك حظر على سوريا ، للأسف هناك الكثير من المواقع محجوبة عن دول الشرق الأوسط ، لحل هذه المشكله اما الإنتظار لرفع الحظر او شراء بعض البرامج وتنصيبها على جهازك لكي تصل الى ال server المطلوب
